Woohoo! It’s Thursday!

It may be somewhat uncommon, but I LOVE Thursdays. Thursday means tomorrow is Friday, and I don’t mind Friday one bit. ๐Ÿ˜‰

If you follow me on Facebook, you may know that last weekend I was working on a DIY project for a chandelier for my foyer renovation. I found a fabulous tutorial online and it turned out beautifully!

Today I’m going to show you 7 Amazing DIY chandeliers (Including the tutorial I followed) as well as show my finished project to you!

A big thanks to the Lamp Shop for sending me the washer tops for this project!

What do you think? Do you think it suits our new blue foyer? I’m still trying to get accustomed to having colour in our home. I’m a neutral girl for sure, but Jeff really wanted some colour in the house, and blue is my favourite after all.

Mason Jar Chandelier - Nest of Bliss
I love how you can see our other DIY chandelier from the foyer. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Have a great day!

Wow, all of these are so wonderful. I love them each and everyone, but holy cow, they look too hard for me to do with no money.

I have to say they are all so very fabulous and I will be looking for the way and the means to copy at least one of them.

    • Thank you for your comment Sheryll!

Some definitely would cost more than others – the project I completed cost more than I thought when considering shipping, but the way I see it is I can pay the same price for an “okay” chandelier, or pay a low price for a great chandelier with a little DIY work involved. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  2. What cool ideas!

Would love to see this at night with the light on. Does it gives a dotted shadow effect to the walls? Did you use LED lights inside? Love the color of the walls. They look green to me. I thought you used a blue shade. I think the painted floors look great. Is that a horse plow harness on the wall? Lots of questions. Wish I was there with you.

  4. Wow! Love it!!!! Pinning for sure!!!

  5. So creative, and with beautiful results! Love these!
